To claim Live arrival guarantee,
1) We WILL REQUIRE PROOF in the form of a picture/video of the dead fish inside the original bag within 2 hours of delivery.
2) The package must be sent to the correct address and not a forwarding address.
3)Somebody MUST be home to receive the package. If someone is not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is voided.
Refunds are issued for the cost of the fish, not the cost of the shipping.
