Talk about your unique water decals!  This rarest of the rare vintage travel decals is a souvenir of OLD ABILENE TOWN, an Old West themed attraction that was very popular in the 1950s in Abilene, Kansas.
Long closed (but might be restored), OLD ABILENE TOWN featured some of the original buildings that could be found in the Cattle Capital during the roaring heydays of the Chisolm Trail. This is one of the few souvenirs that remain from this great Old West attraction.
Produced by the Baxter Lane Co in the 1960s, this decal is in very good condition for its age and rarity with bright colors and a few creases and light curving to mar its perfection. It measures 3 1/2" wide by 2 3/4" tall and is numbered 585. It is in its original Baxter Lane printed sleeve.
A really neat piece of vintage Kansas memorabilia, it will make a fantastic addition to any collection.
