Vintage Tienshan Large Serving Bowl Poinsetta & Ribbon Christmas Fine China. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
According to microwave cooking for one blog writer:
"Tienshan was a manufacturer and importer of ceramic dinnerware and giftware based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Established in 1978, the privately owned company was a trendsetter in the dinnerware market. The company marketed dinnerware under the Tienshan name, as well as the names Culinary Arts, Folkcraft and Stoney Hill. The company seems to have gone out of business[or stopped producing] some time in 2009, as no new dinnerware collections have been introduced since that time."
Tienshan produced their dinnerware in China and exported it.
THIS DISCONTINUED PIECE IS:
One Very Large Serving Bowl in excellent condition with no chips scratches cracks or damage, maybe only slight wear from age and minor glaze defects, but overall great condition and the design is in excellent condition as well. The pattern name is Poinsetta & Ribbon but I'm not positive the exact year for this piece.
Serving Bowl Size: 9 1/4 in. Wide, 2 1/2 in. Tall, Weighs over 1 1/2 lbs.

1)opened packaging on items that came in unopened original packaging(this automatically lowers the value of the item)
2)items damaged during return shipping(also lowers the value of the item) and
3)items not packaged in original packaging it was sent in by me(I package with a lot of care so all of the material you need to keep the item safe is there)
*Buyer pays for return shipping; please package it with as much care as I put into getting it to you - this is especially important to me because I deal mostly with rare, vintage and antique items so the condition is very important to the value of the item.
*There is a 20% restocking fee for items returned for any reason other than items returned due to damage, defects, or not-as-described in the listing.
I put a lot of time into my pictures and descriptions so that my buyers know exactly what they are getting from me, please look closely at the pictures and read the full descriptions to fully know the condition of the items. What you see in my pictures is the item you will recieve.
I package my items with a lot of care so I don't anticipate my items being damaged in shipping, but things do happen and I'm aware of this, so for defects and damages I'm more than happy to offer a fair full return and refund.
