    This is a vintage large felt souvenir pennant from "EISENHOWER MUSEUM / ABILENE, KANS.". This old pennant measures about 26" long not counting the ties and has a very wrinkled tip, needs ironed/pressed otherwise It is in good condition. Probably from the 1950's-60's era.
