All fish are guaranteed to arrival alive or refund will made for the same amount paid for the fish. We guarantee all fish that arrive dead as a result of a later shipment, lost shipment or damage incurred in shipment, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. We do not reship DOA fish. We only refund DOA fish.
To receive a refund, ALL the following criteria MUST👇be met :
1. The fish must have died prior to delivery. If the fish dies after the delivery, for any reason, not refund will be made under any circumstances. We must receive an email notification within 5 hours of the delivery, that the fish arrived DOA.
2. A clear picture of the DOA fish with a toothpick inserted completely through the side of each of the dead fish, or video of dead fish inside the bag.
Again, Refund are only issue for the DOA fish, not the cost of shipping.
3. Some one have to be home and sign for the package. If nobody present to receive the package on the first attempt, the live arrival guarantee will void.
