These came to us as refurbished units from Koshkil, we have no way of testing, guaranteed to work as designed.  All have a Koshkil sticker on the inside.  We do not know if these were ever used or installed, they are very clean (like they have not been used) but have minor scuffs possibly from just handling and not use.  See pictures of an actual item.  Everything we have read about this service company has been positive.
The boxes have been opened, the boxes are dirty and distressed from storage and handling but contents is in great condition.
