Up for your consideration is a luggage rack from Scheibe.  Has a Bed Bath & Beyond sticker on it showing a list price of .98.  It is light wood and stands 20 1/2" tall; 22 3/8" l and 13" w.  No nicks or problems with the styraps.  Let me know if you have any questions.
