POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
SHIPPING: We ship out every Tuesday. Your order will be shipped the following week if you order after Monday. The options for shipping are priority mail express and priority mail. Typically priority mail express takes 1-2 days and if this option is chosen you will receive a refund/replacement if your fish arrives DOA and you follow all other policies (picture within 3 hours of arrival).
PACKAGING: Livestock are placed in long live breather bags. These do not contain air, they are breather bags and cannot have any air in them or they will not work properly. Our packages contain all natural, cellulose insulation and in the winter months contain a heat pack. If there is something additional you would like or do not feel this is efficient enough. Please contact us and we may be able to accommodate.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We offer combined shipping, if for whatever reason it does not combine at checkout; please let us know and we will send you an estimate for shipping and then issue a partial refund after purchase for the difference.
REFUNDS: If your live fish has passed away or is somehow defective UPON ARRIVAL we will send a replacement at no charge if there was no delay in shipping and you chose priority mail express. You must send a picture within 3 hours of arrival. You must send a picture as proof before the replacement is sent. We have had very few fish dead on arrival but sometimes there is a delay in transit or/and nature takes its course.
If priority mail express option is not listed, PLEASE message us and we can send you an estimate and you can make your shipping choice at that time.
REMEMBER: Due to variations within species, your item may not look identical to the image provided. Approximate size range may also vary between individual specimen.
