Premium Tempered Glass is made to protect the LCD from damage and scratches with specially processed glass that has been reinforced to increase shock absorbency.The entire surface of the glass is transparent and the back side is covered with a strong silicon adhesive for easy installation. When installed, there are no gaps between the LCD and the glass which means the touch screen's sensitivity is unaffected.

The tempered glass screen protector has a strong adhesive that makes installation easy and attaches the film firmly so as to not affect the touch screen's sensitivity.
Anti-Shatter Film
If broken, the Tempered Glass breaks into small pieces that are not sharp, making it safer than other glass products.

RETURN INFORMATION
DirectFix.com offers a 14 day return/exchange policy. Item must be returned within 14 days after the item is delivered. No exceptions.
We are not responsible for physical damage or misuse of the product, damage or misuse of the product while you are installing, or using the item you purchased from us.
We offer RMA replacement without any restocking fee to customers who have received a defective product.
Shipping costs is non refundable.
Product exchanges can be accepted for defective items, the same exact item only. Product returns can be accepted for defective items only
We do not offer "Advanced Replacement" for the exchange of defective merchandise.
DirectFix does not pay the return shipping costs.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA number). Please contact us for a RMA number  prior to sending your package. DirectFix will not accept packages without prior authorization and a RMA number.
We recommend using a courier that provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage. RMA processing time is 3-7 business days once the  package is received.
