Two generations of fish collecting and nearly 40 years of shipping. All fish are strictly net caught. Absolutely no use of chemicals used to capture. Fish are treated for parasites and quarantined for 5-7 days , then placed in a UV sterilized holding system. We make sure they are eating prior to being released.

The customer must contact us with photos or video on the day of arrival if you believe the item is dead or not healthy.  Please make sure someone is available to receive the order so it's not exposed to the elements, especially during extreme temperatures. If this occurs, we can not guarantee the order. To ensure earliest possible arrival, it is best to ship to an office or place of work. These deliveries are usually earlier than home deliveries. We will give a credit for any DOA's but our
