    Description

    Halloween Tapered/Pencil Tree Skirt
    Up for sale is this delightful tree skirt for all we Halloween freaks to adorn the bottom of your tree handmade by me personally.  This one has three layers. The very top is the most exquisite sheer fabric of black covered with black flocked spider webs which have sparkles on the flocked part.  There's orange sequins all scattered about.  There's a layer of black satin underneath the sheer in order to highlight the design.
    It's 32" in diameter. The skirt is trimmed with a 3" pleated orange satin ruffle.   It's lined with black satin fabric and interlined with batting for thickness and shape.  There's a matching  tie on the opening at the top edge.    The opening for the tree stand is 1" in diameter.
