Description

Wild caught Parosphromenus Opallios
Diminutive licorice gouramis found in Indoneasia, locally it is found with Parosphromenus Linkei.
Brown-grey base color, often with red on the eyes and fins. Under good condition and dark substrate, their fins can exhibits deep dark red on the dorsal and caudal fins, brilliant light blue on the ventral fins.
Like all licorice gouramis, they can be difficult to sex.
