Please ask if you are interested in a specific color before ordering. If you’re fine with any color then I will send a random color.
- SHIPPING
The shipping service used depends on the type of fish that is being shipped. More sensitive fish are shipped by FEDEX 2 day for a flat rate of 15.00 with a fee of 2.50 that covers shipping materials for a total of .50. More hardy fish will be shipped through USPS Priority mail 2 day, this will be calculated based on where you live when you checkout, the total for this service is whatever you pay for shipping plus .50 fee to cover shipping Materials. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
To make sure that fish do not get stuck in the mail over the weekend all live fish will be shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday ONLY Any fish ordered after Friday at 12:00pm eastern time will be shipped out the following Monday. All fish are also fasted for at least 48 hours to ensure they do not create waste in the bags.
When there are high order volumes orders may be pushed out a week in order to keep all livestock safe.

When you receive fish I highly recommend you float acclimate instead of drip. This is because of the chemical in the bag that reduces ammonia will get diluted and cause extreme stress on the fish.
- DOA PROCEDURES
!!PLEASE FOLLOW ALL OF THESE PROCEDURES IN THE EVENT OF A DOA OR WE CAN NOT HELP!!
We take pride in our excellence shipping but due to the nature of the industry there are occasional DOAs. If you’re fish arrives dead you must meet the following requirements to receive a refund, which only covers the cost of the fish, THE PRICE OF SHIPPING AND MATERIALS (.50) IS NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Replacements are no longer an option
Take a photo of the fish in the bag un opened and send it to us within ONE HOUR of the packages stated delivery time. Then take the fish out of the bag and put a tooth pick in the center of it or cut the tail off and send a photo of that. This is to prevent people from sending photos of live fish claiming they’re perished. Once this has been done and confirmed we can discuss whether you would like a refund or replacement, refer to previous paragraph.
- ADDITIONAL INFO
All fish are quarantined for 10 days when they are in position and treated for all illnesses to ensure they get to you healthy and don’t spread disease in your tank.
Due to variation in species and lighting in photos there is no guarantee that the fish will look exactly like the fish in the photo.
Please be patient with shipping. I’d rather take the time and ship them out correctly so they’re safe than rush and risk losing fish.
