*In order ensure our fish’s safe arrival, we CANNOT ship if your state’s weather drops below 22F, so we may need to hold your fish till it’s safe to ship, or we may decide to cancel your order if weather in the next 2 weeks doesn’t improve.*
Fish are typically shipped every Monday if you place an order at least 2 days before Monday. This is to allow time for the fish to be fasted before shipping.
Shipping options:

USPS Priority (2-3 days): please noted that USPS DOES NOT guarantee delivery date, so it may take longer than 2-3 days to arrive. Shipping fee is flat rate up to 4 fish per box. So buying more than one will save you on shipping cost.

UPS Next Day Air: we ship today, your fish arrives tomorrow. During winter time, this option is highly recommend to avoid unexpected delay by carrier and the heat pack expires. This costs flat rate up to 5 fish per box.
Live arrival guarantee/refund will only be given to the following conditions:
- For USPS Priority Shipping: Your State’s weather is at least 22F or above (for the lowest in the day). AND buyer messages us with a picture of the fish still in unopened bag within 1 hour from the delivery time stamp per USPS tracking. Note: during winter time, if there’s unexpected delay by USPS, then we can’t issue refund as that is out of our reach.
- For overnight/next day shipping: Buyer must message us with a picture of the fish still in uniformed bag within 1 hour from delivery time stamp per USPS tracking.
- Regardless which type of shipping is chosen, shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Meaning, if your fish DOA and all conditions are met, then we will issue you the refund for the fish price, not entire purchase.
Fish are shipped in insulated boxes AND heat pack are included at no additional cost if your state’s weather requires it.
If your fish arrives alive but pass away after you have put them in your tank, then there is NO refund as we cannot control your tank’s water parameters and conditions.
