FOR SALE IMPORTED JAPANESE KOI FROM JAPAN   There really IS a difference between domestically raised koi and imported koi from Japan.  You can see it in the colors.  The reds are RED, not orange, as in most domestically raised fish, and the fins, much longer and flowing.   The photos and videos posted here are of the actual fish being shipped.  New photos/videos are made with each incoming shipment.  We do not use stock photos of that the fish SHOULD look like.  You are seeing what you are getting. PAYMENT
PayPal is preferred, but other alternatives are possible.  Orders are shipped out on Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (only if very local), after cleared payment is received.  All shipments are acknowledged with tracking number.  It is the customers responsibility to facilitate delivery.  SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED.  If requested shipment can be made without this requirement, but as we have no control after delivery, there is NO guarantee of any kind.
SHIPPING: We ship both USPS Priority Mail and UPS Next-Day-Air.  There is a flat Priority Mail fee for orders less than 5 KOI.  On orders of 5 or more, this fee is refunded, so your freight is FREE !!!
As we approach the summer season, the most dangerous part of the trip is in the back of the delivery vehicle.  To avoid this danger, we have found it is safest to ship to your local post office, where you can pickup at your convenience.  Your fish will thank you ! If you have any question about combined shipping please contact us through eBay.    Please do not order koi and put them in any aquarium or pond that is not already fully cycled and ready to support aquatic life.  Please do some research on how to create an environment where your koi can flourish.  If you do, you will be regarded with hours, and even years, of satisfaction.  After receiving your order, if you are unsatisfied with your koi for any reason, please contact us before leaving negative feedback.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEED        Our motto is that we will never ship anything that we would not like to receive ourselves.  In the unlikely event that your fish arrive dead, we  must receive a digital picture of the deceased fish still in the shipping bag, sent via eBay email within three hours of declared arrival time.   You will be entitled to either a replacement shipment with you paying freight, or a refund, less shipping costs.
