Up for auction is this fantastic and extremely hard to find 1912 Schwarz Christmas Review catalog. It has 48 pages of wonderful antique toys.
As far as the condition goes, the covers have considerable wear including stains and discoloration. The front cover has 3 small rips and the back cover has 1 rip. The first 4 pages have a small rip in the bottom and also have some discoloration. After the first 4 pages, the condition of the pages are very good with no rips and very little to no stains or discoloration all the way up to the last few pages which do have some stains and discoloration.
