DOA Policy
1. Report DOA within the first two hours of received the package report after two hours we’re not responsible for the package DOA policy void NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Take a photo of the dead fish in the UNOPENED bags.
3. Take a photo of the dead fish in a container with full water.
4. Let us know if you want us to refund or replacement, customer pay for replacement shipping cost.
5. Shipping fees are not refundable once the shipping label printed out.
6. No replacement  on the free fish.
7. Free fish will be randomly pick by us.( When we have promotions )
8. We don't accept return on live stock all sales are final.
9. When you placed an order with us our system will automatically print out a shipping label for your order, if you want to cancel the order you will give up the shipping cost, we will refund you the cost for your fishes and shrimps only.
10. Our responsibilities are to ship our products out on time and safely to our customers that includes healthy fishes, shrimps and packaging.
11. We will not responsible for services out of our operations such as delayed or lost packages by USPS & FEDEX we have no control over their services.
12. DOA policy will be void when package got delayed or lost by USPS & FEDEX  more than 5 days.
13. It is customer responsibility to track their package and be present when package arrived , please contact the USPS & FEDEX if you don't received your package within 4-5 days.
