They recorded an advertisement for the Electronic Computer Programming Institute located in Fresno California.
There is the initial N scratched into the Vinyl Record in the label area but does not change the performance of the record.  Also there was something written on the front cover of the advertisement piece and then someone tried to erase it.  there is some bends in it do to how it was stored.
