DOA Policy
: Our policy if that if any fish are DOA (Dead on arrival) We will refund the cost of the fish. We do NOT refund shipping. In order to receive a refund, you must email pictures of the dead fish to INCLUDED EMIAL IN PACKAGE.
We will be tracking the package. If we receive your email and the tracking states, the package was left outside for an hour or more a refund is not applicable.

Shipping Policy
:  We will ship Priority mail. We ship every Monday.  If your order is placed Sunday-Monday it will be shipped the following Monday. We ship in an insulated box with a heat pack is needed. Package may be delayed on our end if weather on the buyer’s end is to cold or warm. Thank you!
