SD Wild Betta Farm
You will receive the item as described in the title.  The photos are a stock photo of listed item.  Buyer will receive a similar type and color.  There may be a slight differences in the item received.   Most photos have been taken in a photo box with enhanced LED lighting.  If you want exact photo of item please contact us and make that request.  We generally have several of the same betta in stock.  We choose the most active and healthiest bettas to ship.  We will not ship a betta which looks like it will not make the journey.
We traveled to Thailand to pick grade AA breeding stock.  We sell a combination of import and young farm raised wild type bettas.
The betta are between 3 and 6 months old.
We do combine shipping.  Any over payment of shipping cost will be immediately refunded.  Items will not be shipped until payment is received.
We ship in styrofoam lined boxes year round.
Winter shipping will include a heat pack at no additional charge.
Betta will be shipped USPS priority unless otherwise requested.
We offer expedited shipping at an increased rateRate of .
We only ship Monday through Wednesday.
DOA Policy
1. Report DOA within the first two hours of package delivered report after two hours we’re not responsible for that package
2. Take 1 clear photo of the dead fish in the unopened bags
3. Take 1 photo of the dead fish in the container full of water
4. Let us know if you want us to refund or replacement, replacement will be for shipping cost
5. Shipping fees are not refundable
6. We do not accept any return of livestock
Cold weather buyers must pay next day air in order to receive live fish guarantee.  We will provide a 40 heat pack at no
additional cost.  All other purchases are now being shipped either UPS2 day or FEDEX 2 day to no additional cost.
