We ship fishes through FedEx 2day Shipping.
Fishes will be shipped in breather bag insulated with Styrofoam.
We ship on Monday/Tuesday to the US only except Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, PR, and P.O. Box.

2. In the unlikely event of dead on arrival, two clear photos of unopened breather bag are required within 2 hours of arrival, refund will be issued for the dead.
