This high-performance Scion FRS is a uniquely-modified part of
Subaru's and Toyota's shared project to produce an exciting, fun-to-
drive sports coupe for the masses. The original four-cylinder Boxer
engine has been modified with an aftermarket exhaust manifold,
performance downpipe and midpipe, and a single-exit exhaust that
produces a fantastic note that completely matches the car. With the
output of around 200 horsepower and 151 lb-ft. of torque being put
through a six-speed manual transmission, this sports coupe is
extremely fun to drive. This is made even more true by its rear-wheel
drive platform, giving the FRS one of the most authentic sports car driving experiences on the planet.
To us, what's outside the hood is just as important as what's
underneath it, and this modified FRS is no exception to that rule. The
2013 year model was the launch year for this car, but it still maintains
the styling of a modern sports car despite its age. Painted in a sleek
Argento Silver and fitted with 17" Rayseng forged alloys that have
been painted a striking teal, this sports car more than looks the part
that it plays, and that's without considering the modified front and
rear bumpers, lowered coilover suspension, and aftermarket NRG
steering wheel that all work together to make this car look more aggressive than ever before.
